It is one of three clusters that are part of the Science City York initiative designed to promote the economic and cultural prosperity of York and North Yorkshire.

Membership of IT & Digital York is FREE and open to all. Via the IT & Digital York online business network, members are able to promote their business and share their news; and receive regular updates about the latest industry news and opportunities. Members can also take part in regular networking events and representatives of technology-based businesses in York and North Yorkshire may also qualify for fully-funded business support from Science City York.
