Valuing technology is a critical issue for companies, whether making investment decisions, raising capital, entering into licensing agreements or disposing of assets.Agreeing a fair valuation is a negotiated process, which requires company management to have sound grasps of concepts involved.
This MasterClass will provide a non-mathematical overview of valuation concepts applicable to biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.
