Open Evening For Artists
The Old Courthouse, Thirsk
Are you interested in working creatively with people of all ages and abilities?
Rural Arts carry out an extensive outreach arts programme through placing artists in the community and in schools for creative workshops and projects. We are currently seeking visual and performing artists of all disciplines including digital and new media, to help in the delivery of the programme.
The event will comprise of a presentation by Rural Arts detailing the ethos of our
work and what the organisation can offer artists, with examples of our recent projects.
Rural Arts’ staff will be offering one-to-one slots for artists to show us their work and
discuss opportunities within the organisation. There will be the opportunity to network with like-minded individuals. Light refreshments will be served.
